Buying a quarter, half, or whole steer is a different experience than grabbing a steak at the store. Here’s what you’re actually getting — and how we work with you to customize it.

How much freezer space do I need?

A whole beef takes ~22 cu ft. Quarter fits in most standard freezers.

Yes, we walk you through the cut sheet before processing.

Absolutely. Let us know which ones you want.

You can order a younger, smaller or a normal steers, If you can contact us, we'll guide you to the right size based on your preferences, freezer space and needs.

Usually 3–8 weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on processor timing. We have a Fall season and Spring season, you can order what and when you want based on the availability.
