Animal Welfare: Low-stress handling based on Bud Williams’ methods — no electric prods or shouting, just calm and humane care.
It can be ready as soon as 4 weeks in season based on availability, Or you can reserve for the harvest as much as 6 months in advance.
We never harvest anything over 18 months of age — for tenderness, flavor, and quality.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Every beeve is hand-selected. Our breeding program includes heritage breeds like Hereford & Angus for optimal finishing, hardiness, and nutrient-rich flavor
Whole Share = 22+ cu. ft.
Half = 12–14 cu. ft.
Quarter = 7 cu. ft.
Frost-free freezers are ideal. Uprights are easier to organize, while chest freezers may store more. A separate chest freezer for ground beef is a smart move!
Currently harvesting September–November and March–May. Orders placed during these windows are typically fulfilled in 28–35 days, depending on availability.
