236 Acre Working Cattle Ranch
236 Deeded acres of deep sandy loam soil Divided into 6 pastures & hay meadows. All in improved grasses. Primarily it is all in Bermuda with some natives, and a little fescue. It has been over seeded with Rye & has a lot of legumes: (Vetch, Arrow leaf Clover, Red Clover) We most years will pasture drill in hard red winter wheat & get 3 months of grazing out of it & then pull cattle, fertilize & get double spring hay crop. We weed spray only after 1st cutting to avoid losing legumes. It can carry 50 Cow Calf Pairs & still cut hay, or 200 + yearling capacity, Could be expanded. Fenced & Cross Fenced, Water in all pastures. Seven Nice Ponds.
